Emily Fry

Thunder Bay Volleyball Academy wants to honor 18 Open player Emily Fry

 

Emily Fry, a member of our 18's Elite team and senior at Plant City High School, was recently accepted to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia to major in graphic design.  Emily has had a passion for art for many years and has received many accolades throughout her school years, including 2 pieces of artwork on exhibition at the Salvador Dali Museum, being voted PCHS Most Artistic 2015, and being the recipient of various art scholarships and contests. Along with being dedicated to her art, Emily has also maintained her academic career. She is a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, dual enrolled student at HCC, and will be graduating with a 5.32 weighted gpa. She was also voted Miss Plant City 2015 by her senior classmates, an award for most favorite, overall student. Emily played on the PCHS Varsity Volleyball team for 3 years and has played club and sand volleyball for 5 years. Although she is not accepting an athletic scholarship, volleyball will always remain one of Emily's greatest passions. We are proud of Emily's commitment to strive for excellence!
