Thunder Bay Mini Golf Fundraiser

Parents and players, We are very excited to announce our second annual Mini Golf Fundraiser. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the build-out of the new Thunder Bay gym facility that we will soon call home! This new facility will ensure our players have access to multiple courts and opportunities to continue their training with the BEST coaches in the Tampa Bay area. We will have mini golf, raffles of themed baskets put together by teams, 50/50 cash raffle, silent auction items to bid on (private lessons, summer camp tuition (and many other items), vendors, concessions, Thunder Bay merchandise items to purchase, a DJ, and so much more!! All players are anticipated and expected to provide at least 2 4-person teams at $15 per player for a total donation of $120 per player. If players cannot personally participate in the mini golf event, sponsorships can be secured for the $120 donation. Forms can be printed off and turned into team directors with entrance/sponsorship fees. Incentives will be provided for: The first team that has 100% participation (minimum of $120 per player) in the form of a pizza party. The "top seller" who brings in the most donations in the form of a free private lesson. The top selling team who brings in the most donations will be treated to a Yogurtology outing with Walter Perkins. In addition, business sponsorships, hole sponsorships, and vendor tables are available for this event in order to spotlight individuals and their businesses. Please reach out to businesses that you know and frequent as this is a wonderful promotional opportunity. Your team directors are planning and organizing this event and are available to answer any questions you may have. Also, a mini golf green and hole will be brought to practices to allow you to see what the players will be playing on as well as giving you an idea of what the hole sponsorships (limited quantity available) will look like.
